The design phase is the single most important element in creating a new building, extension/renovation or interior fitout. Our award winning design team see things from the clients point of view and put many years of practical design experience into converting the clients brief into a final concept. Our team have qualifications in architecture, building design & drafting, and are members of Building Designers Australia and are HIA Greensmart accredited.

We deliver individual designs that are tailored to the conditions of a specific site such as orientation, existing site levels, maximising existing views, impact of adjacent properties and planning restrictions to name but a few.
With our clients more aware of the environment, Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) and energy efficiency are now key considerations in many of our projects. In this area we strive to deliver projects that exceed the minimal standards and provide clients with buildings that have a high degree of year round comfort.
All our design work is completed using Autodesk Revit Architecture computer software that allows clients to accurately visualise their project in 3D prior to construction.
In addition to our in-house design team, we have a network of external consultants who can provide expertise in structural engineering, services engineering, civil engineering, surveying, ESD evaluations, signage design and interior decorating.
