Our Managing Director; Anthony Parker designs every project and directly supervises the documentation from Development Application through to Construction Certificate and detail stages. The company also project manages to co-ordinate all aspects of lodgement and construction for the client.

Once development consent has been granted Anthony will liaise with the accredited certifier to prepare the construction certificate. In addition, he will prepare construction details and arrange tenders from various builders for the clients consideration. More recent clients include such builders as Tareena Homes and Gremmo Homes, plus a number of individual builders which have widened our client base and resulted in a more diverse portfolio. We are now in talks with some Central Coast & Newcastle/Lake Macquarie Builders to address this area's needs.
