Queensland Energy Ratings services the whole of Queensland, providing expert information and energy efficiency assessments on residential and commercial buildings.

QER have accreditation ABSA (Association of Building Sustainability Assessors) and utilise BERS software and Section J of the BCA for assessments. We also have qualifications in Architecture, Sustainability Management, Green Plumbing, Green loans accredited and Greensmart Homes HIA accreditation. We are also members of the BDAQ and practice under BSA licensing.

Energy Ratings

Energy efficiency reports are required on all new homes and commercial buildings to comply with the BCA.

Existing homes can also be rated to improve sales values.

We offer friendly, professional, prompt service at a competitive price. Plans can be posted and emailed and are rated within 3 working days, or faster if urgent.

Australian Sustainability Solutions 

Australian Sustainability Solutions is a sister company of QER.

Our staff are trained in assessing sustainability solutions for your existing home. We can advise ways to improve the energy efficiency of your home, saving you money and increasing the value of your property.

Green Loans

In mid 2009 the government will be introducing Green Loans for improving the energy efficiency and thermal comfort of your home. We are accredited certifiers of these loans.
